An affirmation is a positive statement of what we desire to achieve, or wish to be. Affirmations keep you focused on what you intend and help to imprint it in your mind.
Your thoughts and your words are very powerful
Never say what you don’t want, as this is a negative affirmation and it will occur as you focus on the negative. Always say what you do want and say it in the present tense as if it has already occurred.
Notice that most of our thoughts are negative chatter in our heads. These are negative affirmations which can get in the way of success.
Positive affirmations work when we believe and know that our thoughts create our experience.
I am special, I am God's perfect creation.
I am a wonderful spirit having a human experience
I am here for a special purpose
For there is no other like me
As I develop I seek my purpose
I pay special attention to what I enjoy doing.
I focus on BEING IN THE MOMENT as events occur
I realize that each person I meet can play a part in my life's journey.
I must consciously decide the part I allow them to play.
This way I am being responsible to myself for the life I create.
My thoughts are powerful, they have energy. All the world is energy.
This energy is real although I cannot see it.
It consists of vibrations which produce various frequencies
Everything in nature vibrates at the sub-atomic level producing it's own frequency.
My body, mind and spirit reacts to this even though I may not be aware of it .
I am conscious of my communication, making sure it is positive
My thoughts have their own frequency and create who I am, for they attract what I think.
Whatever I put out to the universe I get back in return.
Whatever I put my attention and focus on produces my reality.
I give thanks for all my blessings, I can always find them once I look.
This attitude of gratitude will bring abundance in all aspects of my life.
I give willingly and it returns to me multiplied.
My love is unconditional, I forgive intentionally, and help others continually
I honour my values and teach people who wish to abuse me how I want to be treated
I ask myself " who am I being" and take responsibility for my actions and communication
I respect my parents and teachers and honor their wisdom
I show empathy to my peers and give a listening ear
Show love and attention always, wherever it is needed
I divide my time between work, rest and play
And plan my priorities in a very special way.
